The purpose of this Employee User Guide is to provide easy access to the services offered by the MyHR+ Shared Service Centre.

Brief Description
Most of the data which makes up your employee record on MyHR+, is available for viewing by logging on to Employee Self Service.
Request changes to your personal information on MyHR+, e.g. certificates, beneficiaries, qualifications, contact info and addresses etc.
Request a Job/Employment Verification Letter
Request a letter to verify your contribution to the NIS/NHT
Share your feedback with the team on the service you’ve received, e.g. compliments, complaints, recommendations, etc.
Check on the progress of an open service request or query
How to Request the Service
Log on to scs.gov.jm/hrss and select Employee Self Service..
Log on to scs.gov.jm/hrss and select Employee Self Service and raise a service request to update your record.

OR

  • 1. Via MyHR+, select Customer Feedback Request
  • 2. Complete the feedback form and submit
What Information will you need to
Request the Service?
MyHR+ log-in information i.e. username & password.
MyHR+ log-in information i.e. username & password
Certified copies of relevant documentation, such as your degree, marriage certificate, etc.

-The name and address of the organisation -The name of the addressee

-The email address of the addressee (only if you would like a copy of your letter emailed directly).

Please note that the letter will be available as an attachment on your ESS employee record once the action has been completed.
