Procurement Administration Shared Services supports procurement administrative functions for entities that are part of SCSJ. Public Procurement plays an important role in ensuring transparency, fairness, and the protection of taxpayer dollars.
The PA SS utilises advanced procurement technology through expanded services on the Government of Jamaica’s Electronic Procurement (GOJEP) platform.
This robust procurement system promotes fair competition that enables public trust and supports accountability in government. PA SS promotes this through open, transparent, and public competition while ensuring quality and fair pricing of goods and services.

The PA SS communicates and manage service requests from the MDAs through its case management system (CMS). The CMS assigns tickets and tasks to team members and is measured against the SLAs.
