How the MyHR+SSC Works

A key feature of the new model is that certain routine HR tasks are delivered from the MyHR+ Shared Service Centre (MyHR+SSC). These include things like the management of leave for the organisation, the provision of job letters and the handling of certain queries from employees, about things like benefits and allowances.

What is MyHR+ Shared Services?

An important component of human resource management (HRM) transformation is the introduction of MyHR+ Shared Services (MyHR+SS). Certain routine HR activities such as leave administration, employment verification and employee queries are now delivered from a single entity - MyHR+SS Centre.
