Asset Management

The Asset Management Shared Service Centre will use an integrated system to monitor, tag, record, verify, report and dispose of government asset.

Finance & Accounting

Finance & Accounting Shared Service Centre will offer purchase to pay services, core accounting, payroll processing, payroll payment file processing, statutory deduction returns (S01 & S02) support, employee queries and reporting.

Human Resource

MyHR+ Shared Service Centre provides services for employees and business partners. These include leave administration, employment verification, employee queries and reporting and data analytics.

Internal Audit

The Internal Audit Shared Service Centre uses TeamMate+ to provide core assurance services to MDAs. Auditing functions include financial, compliance, operational, IT, performance and special audits.

Public Relations & Communications

PR & Communications Shared Service Centre will provide commonly used services to MDAs such as graphic design, videography, photography, content distribution, and media buying.

Procurement

Procurement Shared Service Centre will utilise an e-Procurement system to provide services such as bidding execution, procurement administration, and tender oversight.
